・当店の商品は主にヴィンテージ・中古時計となり、商品の状態を確認し、できる限り詳しく商品説明や写真に掲載しておりますが、ヴィンテージ品の性質上、記載しきれない小傷・使用感・経年変化がある場合がございます。

・可能な限り正確な商品説明を心掛けておりますが気になる点がございましたら、ご購入前にお問い合わせください。

　返品・キャンセルについて

・ヴィンテージ・中古品の特性上、お客様都合による返品・キャンセルはお受けしておりません。

・商品説明と著しく異なる不具合があった場合のみ内容を確認のうえ、返品・返金にて対応いたします。

・以下の場合は返品をお受けできません。

　一度ご使用になられた商品
　商品到着後5日以内にご連絡がない場合
　付属品を紛失された場合
　お客様による破損、汚れ、修理、加工があった場合
　ヴィンテージ品として通常想定される小傷、使用感、経年変化が理由の場合

・通信販売のため、クーリングオフ制度は適用されません。

　長期不在・受取拒否について

・長期不在や受取拒否により商品が返送された場合、往復送料をご請求させていただきますので、必ず保管期間内にお受け取りをお願いします。

Please read the following information carefully before placing your order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Shopping Guide.

　Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

Your order will be processed and shipped once your payment has been successfully confirmed.

　Shipping

We offer both domestic and international shipping.

International orders are shipped via DHL, UPS, EMS, or an equivalent international carrier selected by WTIMES. The shipping method will be chosen based on the destination, local delivery conditions, and the most suitable available service.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends, public holidays, and our regular closing days).

Before shipment, every watch undergoes a final inspection and operational check to ensure it is functioning properly and matches the product description.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, and the shipping carrier.

Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests for a specific shipping carrier for international orders.

WTIMES cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, import regulations, shipping carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

　Products

WTIMES is a licensed second-hand dealer operating in compliance with Japanese law.

All of our watches are sourced exclusively from trusted suppliers, including professional dealer-only auction houses and authorized distributors in Japan. Each watch has been authenticated by professional experts prior to acquisition, and we also conduct our own inspection before offering it for sale. We guarantee that every item sold by WTIMES is authentic.

Our inventory primarily consists of vintage, antique, and pre-owned watches.

We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality photographs so that customers can clearly understand the condition of each watch. However, due to the nature of vintage and pre-owned timepieces, it is impossible to describe or photograph every minor imperfection, including light scratches, signs of wear, aging, discoloration, or other characteristics acquired over time.

All photographs form an integral part of the product description. Please review both the photographs and the written description carefully before making your purchase.

If you have any questions or would like additional photographs or information, please contact us before placing your order. We will be happy to assist you whenever possible.

Please note that minor signs of age or wear that are consistent with the nature of vintage watches do not constitute grounds for returns or exchanges.

Returns or refunds will only be accepted if the item is significantly different from its description or has a major undisclosed defect.

　Servicing

All watches sold by WTIMES are either fully serviced or inspected and adjusted according to their individual condition.

Please refer to each product page for details regarding the servicing performed.

As the service history prior to our acquisition is not always available, we cannot guarantee or verify any repairs or replacement parts carried out before the watch came into our possession.

　Accuracy of Vintage Watches

Mechanical vintage watches differ significantly from modern quartz watches.

Daily timekeeping accuracy may vary depending on factors such as temperature, wearing habits, wrist movement, resting position, and the condition of the movement.

Reasonable daily deviation is considered a normal characteristic of vintage mechanical watches and should not be regarded as a defect or malfunction.

　Water Resistance

Vintage watches have been in existence for many years, and their original water resistance can no longer be guaranteed.

Even if a watch was originally designed to be water-resistant, WTIMES does not guarantee its water resistance.

We strongly recommend avoiding exposure to water, including rain, hand washing, showers, bathing, swimming, saunas, and environments with high humidity.

Damage caused by moisture or water exposure is not covered by our warranty and is not eligible for return or refund.

　Straps & Bracelets

As a general rule, watches fitted with leather straps are sold with brand-new replacement leather straps.

Please note that leather straps may show slight bends or creases caused by display on watch stands in our showroom. These marks are the result of display only and should not be interpreted as signs of prior use.

Watches fitted with original leather straps, metal bracelets, rubber straps, nylon straps, or other original accessories may not include brand-new replacements. Please review the photographs and product description carefully. If you have any concerns regarding the condition, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

For watches equipped with bracelets, the maximum wrist size is listed on the product page. Please ensure that the bracelet size is suitable before placing your order.

We also recommend confirming the case size, lug width, and all other measurements before purchasing. Returns or exchanges based on sizing issues or differences in personal expectations cannot be accepted.

　Customs Duties & International Orders

Import duties, customs fees, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, and any other taxes or charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

As customs regulations vary by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office in advance for further information regarding applicable taxes, duties, and import requirements.

　Customs Declaration

WTIMES complies with all international customs regulations.

We are unable to declare a value lower than the actual purchase price, mark shipments as "Gift," or alter customs documentation at the buyer's request.

　Returns & Cancellations

Due to the nature of vintage, antique, and pre-owned watches, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations for reasons of personal preference.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

• Different appearance than expected

• Color differences caused by monitor settings

• Import duties or taxes charged by your country

• Customs delays

• Normal daily time deviation of a vintage mechanical watch

• Failure to review the product description or photographs before purchase

Returns or refunds will only be accepted if the watch is significantly different from the description or has a major undisclosed defect.

If you believe your purchase qualifies, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

The final assessment of a watch's condition is the buyer's responsibility. If you have any questions or require additional photographs or information, please contact us before placing your order.

　The Following Are Not Covered by Returns or Warranty

Returns, refunds, or warranty claims will not be accepted in the following cases:

• The watch has been worn or used after delivery.

• Accessories, warranty cards, or accompanying items have been lost.

• The watch has been disassembled, repaired, or modified by the buyer or a third party.

• Damage caused by impact, dropping, water exposure, magnetic fields, misuse, or negligence.

• Normal wear, aging, or deterioration resulting from regular use.

　Shipping Damage

If your package arrives with visible shipping damage, please contact the shipping carrier as soon as possible.

Please retain all packaging materials, as they may be required for the carrier's damage investigation.

　Refused Delivery & Returned Shipments

If an order is returned due to refusal of delivery, extended absence, unpaid customs duties, an incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer, or any other reason attributable to the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for all related costs, including outbound shipping, return shipping, customs charges, and any applicable handling fees.

If a refund is approved, these expenses will be deducted from the refundable amount.

　Warranty

Every watch is carefully inspected and tested before shipment to ensure it is functioning properly.

Due to the nature of vintage timepieces, we cannot provide a warranty equivalent to that of a brand-new watch.

Normal changes in timekeeping accuracy, natural aging, and the deterioration of consumable parts are not covered under our warranty.

WTIMES shall not be held liable for any delays, losses, damages, or additional costs arising from customs procedures, import regulations, actions taken by government authorities, shipping carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
